pk3 Terms and Conditions — Rules for Using Our Platform

To register and use pk3, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. pk3 is strictly an adults-only platform. We reserve the right to request age verification documents at any time.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and complete information during registration, including your real name, date of birth, valid mobile number and any other details requested. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• You are only permitted to hold one account on pk3. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances or winnings associated with the duplicate account may be voided.
• You must not be accessing pk3 in a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to verify whether using this platform is lawful in your location.

By registering, you confirm that all information you have provided is accurate, that you are the authorised user of any payment method you use on the platform, and that the funds you deposit are from a legitimate source and belong to you.

Your pk3 account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials — username, password and any two-factor authentication details. You must not share your account details with any other person.

• Any activity that takes place on your account is your responsibility, whether or not it was carried out by you personally, unless you have reported unauthorised access to pk3 support promptly.
• You must notify pk3 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Do not use easily guessable passwords. pk3 recommends using a combination of letters, numbers and symbols. Never reuse passwords across multiple platforms.
• pk3 will never ask for your password via email or chat. If you receive any such request, treat it as suspicious and report it.

pk3 will not be held responsible for losses or damages arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure, except in cases where the breach is attributable to a pk3 system failure.

All transactions on pk3 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We support the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposits: Deposits are typically credited to your account balance in real time for JazzCash and Easypaisa. Bank transfers and card payments may take longer depending on your financial institution.
• Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction within your account. These limits may differ by payment method and account tier.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. pk3 aims to process withdrawal requests efficiently. VIP members at higher tiers benefit from faster processing. Standard processing times are communicated at the point of withdrawal.
• You may only withdraw funds to a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited and will result in the request being declined and potentially the account being reviewed.
• Withdrawal requests may be subject to identity verification before processing. This is a standard procedure and applies to all accounts equally.
• pk3 does not charge withdrawal fees, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

pk3 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including but not limited to: welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins on Slots, VIP tier rewards and special promotions tied to Cricket and PSL events.

• Each bonus offer carries its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit amounts, maximum bonus amounts and expiry periods. These terms are published with each individual promotion and form part of these overall Terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion details.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any use of bonuses in a manner designed to exploit promotions, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts, using bonus funds in a pattern that constitutes abuse of the promotion, or coordinated play across accounts, will result in the bonus being voided, winnings forfeited and the account potentially closed.
• pk3 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. In the event of a conflict between a general promotion and specific bonus terms, the specific terms take precedence.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on pk3, including sports betting (Cricket, PSL, T20, Football, Esports), casino games, Live Casino, Slots, Crash Games and Fish Games.

• Bet acceptance: All bets are accepted at the discretion of pk3. We reserve the right to refuse or restrict bets without providing a reason, particularly where we have reason to believe that a bet is being placed in a manner inconsistent with fair recreational play.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and game types. These limits are displayed within the platform at the time of placing a bet or starting a gaming session.
• Cricket and PSL betting: In-play betting is available on selected Cricket matches. Odds are updated in real time during live matches. Bets placed after the relevant event has concluded will be voided regardless of the displayed odds at the time of placement.
• Void bets: A bet may be declared void if the event is cancelled, abandoned, postponed beyond the time stated in the applicable sport rules, or if there is a clear pricing error on our part. Voided bets are returned to your account balance at the original stake value.
• Casino and Game Lobby: All games are provided by third-party providers and are governed by their respective return-to-player (RTP) rates and rules, which are accessible within each game. pk3 does not manipulate game outcomes. Results are determined by certified random number generators.
• Errors and malfunctions: In the event of a technical error, system fault or game malfunction, any affected bets or game rounds may be voided. pk3 will not be liable for losses resulting from technical issues that are outside our control, though we will always work to resolve such situations fairly.
• Bets once placed and confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled by the player, except where a specific cash-out option is offered and available at the time of the request.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pk3 and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person without their full knowledge and consent.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or software to interact with the platform in any way, including placing bets, spinning games or navigating the interface.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in pricing, or any technical vulnerability to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through such means will be voided.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or sports betting markets.
• Money laundering or using the platform to process funds from illegal sources. All suspicious financial activity is monitored and may be reported to relevant authorities.
• Attempting to access any other player's account or any restricted area of the platform.
• Providing false identity documents or any other fraudulent documentation to pk3.
• Using chargebacks or payment reversals in a fraudulent or abusive manner. Any verified chargeback abuse will result in permanent account closure and may be pursued through appropriate legal channels.

pk3 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time. Circumstances in which this may occur include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to pass or comply with identity and age verification requirements.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive or criminal activity.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming tools.
• Extended account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 or more consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant account handling, including any applicable maintenance procedures, will be communicated to the registered email or mobile number on file before any action is taken.

Where an account is closed for reasons attributable to a player's breach of these Terms, any outstanding balance may be forfeited in full. Where an account is closed for other reasons and the player has a legitimate outstanding balance, pk3 will process that balance back to the player's verified payment method after completing any necessary review.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account should contact pk3 support directly. Once a closure request has been processed, any active bets at the time of closure will be settled according to their normal outcome.

pk3 is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable entertainment environment. Gaming should always be a leisure activity carried out within limits that you are personally comfortable with — never as a means to generate income or to recover money that has already been spent.

• Deposit limits: You can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits from within your account settings. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately. A limit increase requires a cooling-off period before it becomes active.
• Session time controls: You can set a maximum session duration, after which you will be logged out automatically.
• Self-exclusion: If you feel your gaming is becoming a problem, you can request a self-exclusion through your account settings or by contacting pk3 support. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to access your account or receive promotional communications.
• Reality checks: Session reminders are available to prompt you periodically during extended play sessions.

All content on the pk3 platform — including but not limited to the pk3 name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of pk3 or its licensed content providers and is protected accordingly.

• You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish or commercially exploit any content from pk3 without our prior written permission.
• You may not use the pk3 name, logo or any associated branding in any context that implies an endorsement, partnership or affiliation without explicit written authorisation from pk3.
• Game content displayed in the pk3 Game Lobby is provided under licence from third-party game providers. Any intellectual property rights in those games belong to the respective providers.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk3 shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Losses resulting from third-party service failures, including payment processor outages, internet connectivity issues or game provider technical failures.
• Any loss resulting from your own failure to secure your account credentials.
• Financial decisions you make based on information, odds or statistics displayed on the platform. All Sports Betting and gaming involves risk and past performance is not indicative of future results.

pk3 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of some or all services. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where possible.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

pk3 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the contact details on file — this may be through an on-screen notification when you next log in, an SMS to your registered mobile number, or both.

• It is your responsibility to review this page periodically and remain aware of the current Terms.
• Continued use of pk3 after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
• If you disagree with any revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting pk3 support.

Minor changes such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the meaning of a clause or updates to payment method lists may be made without separate notification, though the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.
